LAX will likely have the most flight options and is the largest airport in the area. It is approximately 35 minutes from Pasadena but can be longer due to traffic. Burbank Airport is the closest and has limited flight availability. It is 15 minutes from Pasadena. Flying into John Wayne/Orange County is not recommended. The airport can be over two hour drive to our venue so please keep this in mind.

For our out of town guests we highly recommend that you stay in the city of Pasadena. Traffic in Los Angeles is notoriously unpredictable and we would hate for you to miss any festivities. Old Town Pasadena also has over 1 mile of walkable shops and restaurants. The venue is also located in Old Town.

Although we cannot guarantee anything, please note that wedding festivities will be both outdoors and indoors. There will be areas that include grass. Please dress accordingly.

Men: denim with a sport coat, Khakis, trousers, vests and ties. Her: Slacks or a skirt or a dressed up pair of dark jeans with a dressy top.

For Women: Dresses that sit above the ankle or longer or a chic jumpsuit. For Men: A suit is preferred.

The venue has restrictions on the minimum age of wedding guests so we’ve chosen to limit the our guest list to fourteen-year-olds. Additionally, we have large extended families. We hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

There is a separate entrance for guests. The venue is fully accessible.

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #erinandamiyr so we can see them, too!
