A block of rooms have been reserved for a special group rate at the hotel between April 5-7th. Guests can use the group rate for a one or two night stay. Guests can choose between a King room (sleeps 2) or Double Queen (sleeps 4). The hotel is located directly off I-95 exit 118 and is the closest accommodation to the wedding venue, which is 14 miles away.

Check-In time is any time after 3:00 p.m. Anyone arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as soon as possible, but should be advised that there may be a wait. Guests wanting to check-in to the hotel before arriving at the ceremony should call the hotel prior to their arrival to inquire about an early check-in. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. Parking is complementary.

Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the Hotel at 540-805-5023 (extension 0), or on-line using the link below and the group block code. They must identify themselves as members of the group. All reservations must be made by the cut-off date of March 22, 2024, in order to qualify for the group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

In the event of a cancellation, individual room reservations must be cancelled by April 2, 2024 (3 days prior to arrival) at 12:01 am. In the event individual room reservations are cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, the individual agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room and tax.
