Do I need to rent a car?
There are taxis and ride sharing options available on the island. There is one main road around the island. Renting a car might be necessary depending upon where you stay and the level of activities you have planned.
On which part of the island are Erin and Jason staying?
Erin and Jason are staying in Poipu. Poipu is located on the southern part of the island.
On which part of the island is the wedding?
Both the wedding and reception are in Kapa’a. Kapa’a is located on the eastern side of the island just north of Lihue.
What is the primary airport of Kauai?
Lihue (LIH) International Airport is the primary airport of Kauai.
What is the wedding attire?
The recommended attire is dressy beach casual. The wedding will be an outdoor ceremony.
Are there any Kauai’i Covid travel restrictions?
As of March 25, 2022 Hawaii will be ending its Safe Travels program and domestic passengers will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test.
International travelers are required to be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at the airport of departure. Once arriving in Hawaii, no additional steps are required.
