We have chosen to have our destination wedding at Linekin Bay Resort because we want everyone to stay with us on property and spend some quality leisure time together for the weekend! After gathering in the Main Lodge Dining room for a hearty breakfast, you can choose activities such as kayaking, canoeing, paddle board, volleyball, games on the front lawn, or just relaxing on the front deck or poolside….

Please do not try to book your room online – rest assured the entire resort is blocked for our wedding weekend!

• Much like a couple assign tables for dinner, we will be providing Linekin Bay Resort with all the rooming assignments –– LBR receptionists will not make any changes to rooms without checking in with us first.

• After the room block is completed on July 3rd, 2025, LBR will email you a deposit request for your accommodation so you can make your deposit online to secure your reservation.

• If you are staying in an accommodation with other guests, the bride & groom will assign a “point person” for the primary name on that cabin and let you know which other guests will be staying with you. LBR will split the costs evenly between the emails the bride & groom have provided, and you will receive an email deposit request. If your group prefers to split the costs in a different way, you can contact the Front Desk (207-633-2494 ext.1) to set up a different payment amount.

• LBR requests that all room deposits be made by 60 days prior so everyone’s plans are solidified, and we can focus on all of the other wedding planning details!

• The first guests checking in will receive the room/cabin keys & check-in materials – please make sure to communicate with the other guests on the reservation.

• Unless otherwise noted, at check-out the Front Desk will split the remaining balance evenly between the credit cards on file.

• Pricing estimates below, pricing depends on how many people share a room or cabin:

2 people: Approx $175 - $275 per person, per night

4 people: Approx $140 - $175 per person, per night

6 people: Approx $110 - $140 per person, per night

• Guests arriving on Saturday will be able to check in early to get settled before the ceremony taking place at 3:30 PM
