The street address for the Columbus Park of Roses is 3901 N. High St. The garden entrance is one-half mile west on Hollenback Road within Whetstone Park, where there’s plenty of free parking. The Shelterhouse is located at the top of the steps. Wedding is 6:30pm at the small Gazebo in the Perennial Garden to the east of the Shelterhouse.

The Park of Roses is a park within Whetstone Park, featuring a 13-acre rose garden that showcases over 350 varieties of roses and 11,000 total roses. The park has five gardens: the Main Rose Garden, the Heritage Garden with turn-of-the-century roses, the Earth-Kind Rose Garden, the Herb Garden and the Perennial Garden. Once part of a family horse farm in the early 1800s, the land was used by area residents for over 500 Victory Gardens planted throughout the duration of World War II.
