The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. Afterwards, there will be a cocktail hour with appetizers and drinks. Then, dinner followed by dancing! The night will end at 11:00 pm, unless it continues at a bar somewhere. We have a party bus available to take people back to the hotel or to take people to the bar!

The dress code is black tie optional. We are a bit loose on the definition. Tuxes and suits of any color are welcome. Long dresses are recommended. We love fun colors! Feel free to send us your outfit if you are worried!

We are having a party bus to provide transportation from the AC Hotel / Fairfield Marriott area to the venue and back. Children are welcome. We recommend allowing travel time as early as 4:30 pm in the case that many people want to take advantage of this option. This bus will be running loops into the night as well and will be available for use until 2:30 am if we need it! Two of the hotels are approximately a 15 min. walk from the venue (Fairfield Marriott and AC Marriott). Ubers are also available in the area. The Courtyard Marriott is near a bus route that also stops by the Arcade. The bus ride costs $2.

Parking is available at the Reibold Garage for a small fee (approx. $5). In addition, street parking is available. If you require a handicap parking spot, please reach out to Michael or Erin in advance of the wedding and the spots will be available right in front of the entrance on W 4th Street.

The bride and groom will be staying at the AC Marriott. This hotel is also one block away from the Fairfield Marriott which has a slightly cheaper rate.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. It is recommended to arrive by 5:10 pm in order to find a seat.

Its an open bar! We do recommend bringing a little cash to give the bartenders as a show of appreciation, we have no doubt they will be busy!
