Erin and Kevin were brought together by theatre. In 2011, Erin was in a play with Kevin's mother at the Newport Playhouse. They saw each other perform in shows there but never met face to face until February of 2020... at an audition for a Shakespeare play, of course. He reached out to her afterwards, and they began talking all the time.

Shortly thereafter when the world shut down due to the pandemic, Erin and Kevin had their newfound connection as a source of joy, fulfillment, and hope - even if it was all through video chat. They connected over their love of theatre, world travel, theme parks, animals, and coffee shops.

Since becoming a couple, Erin and Kevin have traveled many times to Disney World and Universal Orlando. Last year, they went on their first ever cruise to Atlantic Canada. They hope to go on many more cruises in different parts of the world and travel through Europe together.

Erin and Kevin got engaged on October 10, 2022 at Roger Williams Park. After visiting the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular, they went for a ride in the swan boats, which were fully decked out out in Halloween lights. Mid boat ride, he popped the question, and she said yes!
