Have blocks of rooms been reserved at any hotels? Will there be shuttles to and from the hotel?
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express in Beaver Dam, WI. You may call them at (920) 392-7900, and mention the Purdy-True Wedding OR you may use the link on the "Travel" tab. If you need assistance finding a place to stay in the area, please reach out to Colton or Erin, we are happy to help. There will not be any shuttle services available at this time.
What time should I arrive to the venue?
Please arrive 30-40 minutes prior to the ceremony, unless otherwise instructed by the couple. There will be a short (~5 minute) walk/shuttle to the outdoor ceremony location.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! The venue will have plenty of space for the kids to run around and have fun! We will just ask you to include them on your RSVP to make sure we account for enough food.
Am I allowed to bring a Plus One?

What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal / dressy casual. Please no blue jeans or T-shirts.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, plenty of parking will be available!
What accessibility accommodations are available at the venue?
The main barn has both stairs and an elevator to accommodate different needs. There are on restrooms on both levels. Golf cart shuttles will be available to the outside ceremony location, weather permitting.
What meal will be served?
We will be having a buffet style meal catered by our venue, with multiple options to suit different diets and preferences. If you have any questions or concerns about food or allergies, please reach out to Colton or Erin.
Will there be an open bar?
A set number of complimentary beer kegs will be provided by the couple. All other specialty drinks or beverages will need to be purchased at one of the bars on site. NO carry in alcohol is allowed per venue liquor license regulations.
Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
At the couple's request, please refrain from using cellphones, cameras, or other electronics during the ceremony. The photographer will be capturing these moments for us. Please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like after the ceremony has ended.
