What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early. This will allow plenty of time to park and walk to the Chenin Lawn before the ceremony starts at 3.30pm.

Will the ceremony and reception area occur outside?

Both Ceremony and Reception will be held at Sandalford Winery. The ceremony will be held outside on the Chenin Lawn in the vineyard. Pre dinner drinks will be held in the Oak Room courtyard. The reception will be held in the Oak Room and courtyard.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the number of people listed on your invitation. Plus One's have been allotted under the households RSVP. Please do not invite or bring any additional guests or children if not specified.

How do I RSVP?

Please use this website. Click the RSVP tab and follow the directions. Alternatively, message Erin on 0403 872 187

What should I do if I can’t make it or don’t RSVP in time?

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No," by 25th February so we can plan accordingly. If we do not get an RSVP back, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RVSPs due to this. We hope you understand!

Can I take pictures?

Yes, we invite you to take photos & videos! However, PLEASE be mindful during the ceremony of our amazing photographers capturing this moment. Don't stand in front of their cameras or have a bunch of cameras in the aisle. We ask that you be aware. If you might be in one of their shots, please put your phone/camera away and be present.

Throughout the rest of the night, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! Please also share them with us later!

Do you have a wedding registry?

No gifts are necessary, your presence at our wedding is our present! We have everything we need, if you would like, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be truly appreciated.

What should I wear?

We would love to see our loved ones dressed up! The dress code is Semi Formal. Please check the weather, hopefully it won’t rain!
