It all started in Augusta, GA, when Erin and Jason first met while working at Aurubis. Neither of us expected it, but something clicked the moment we had a casual conversation during a lunch break — one of those rare, easy moments that just felt natural. Who would’ve guessed that a shared laugh over tacos would spark the beginning of forever?

We quickly bonded over our shared love of good food, great music, and football — even if we’re basically sworn enemies on game day. Somewhere between queso and trash talk, we realized we’d stumbled onto something pretty special.

Our first date was at Salsa’s, where we shared the first of many Mexican-fueled nights out. From margaritas to music, that evening set the tone for a relationship full of laughter, connection, and the occasional queso-induced food coma.

Since then, we’ve been inseparable — building memories like:

-Traveling as far as Indiana, singing along to road trip playlists and taking the scenic route on purpose

-Adopting our fur baby, Duke, who’s since become the third (and maybe most spoiled) member of our little family

-Moving to Alabama, embracing new beginnings together and turning a house into a home

After 1.5 years of love, growth, and inside jokes (some of which still make no sense to anyone but us), Jason popped the question at 5th Street Bridge, a place that will now always be one of our favorite spots. It was thoughtful, beautiful, and an easy, joy-filled “Yes!”

Together, we’ve learned that love isn’t just about the big moments — it’s found in quiet mornings, Target runs, late-night gaming (we spent way too much time playing It Takes Two in our early months — highly recommend), and simply choosing each other, every single day.

Now, we’re so excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you on May 23, 2026 — surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.
