Please arrive 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you may get settled before the proceedings.

Black-tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. Please avoid wearing white, shades of white and champagne gold. Thank you.

The ceremony will be held outdoors. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the pavilion at Swan Club on the Harbor. The cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors. The reception will take place indoors at the Camelot Room.

Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn will provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. Shuttle Times: 4:30 PM and 5 PM from the Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn to Swan Club on the Harbor. 10:45 PM and 11:15 PM from Swan Club on the Harbor to the Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn.

Yes, valet parking will be available at the venue.

The reception will end at 11 PM. An after-party will be held at Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn until 2 AM.
