August of 2019, Errol (Rochester, MN) and Taylor (Minnetonka, MN) matched on the dating app, Hinge. Taylor was in the middle of a PA school rotation in River Falls, WI, and Errol was working in the Twin Cities at US Bank. After matching, they interacted online for several months before Errol (finally!) asked her on a date the weekend of Thanksgiving.

He had initially planned on taking her axe throwing, but plans were derailed by a last minute labor/delivery Taylor had to stay in WI for and they ended up meeting for Sunday afternoon brunch at Champs in Minnetonka. Taylor thought she was going to play hard to get, but easily agreed to a second date the following weekend.

They had their first official date at the European Christmas Market in St. Paul, where it was 20 below and enjoyed every minute of it. Errol invited Taylor to his New Years Eve party in 2020 and they were inseparable shortly thereafter.

March 2020 the world shut down, and Taylor was pulled from PA school indefinitely. She and Errol, along with Courtney and their good friend, Lizzie, packed up and went to Victory Ranch, Utah where they stayed together for 4 weeks in isolation. This was the first time Errol fell in love with Utah.

That summer in July, Taylor told Errol she loved him at a college cabin weekend. The world started to open up again in August 2020 and they went back out to Victory Ranch again with Errol's family and friends. It was here, that Errol said I love you back for the first time!

Taylor went back into PA school rotations, living with Errol intermittently (moving in quickly! :)), before graduating in February 2021. After landing her first job in emergency medicine, she moved to her own place in Northeast Minneapolis, but not before they spent two weeks together celebrating in Arizona. When they returned home, they really got into their groove and developed love for bike rides, endless coffee dates, boating on Lake Minnetonka, and nights out in Northeast. They took their first international trip together to Turks and Caicos with Taylor's family.

End of 2021 was concluded with the arrival of their fur baby, Mya. She quickly became their obsession and is their pride and joy. Life became busy and full of energy, but they wouldn't have it any other way.

They moved into their first apartment together at Parkway Place in St. Louis Park April of 2022 where they had a rooftop terrace. The year there was spent with endless entertaining of friends and family, outdoor football watch parties and even a Game of Thrones series binge. Errol taught Taylor how to cook and together they enjoyed decorating and furnishing their first place. It was here, Taylor learned Errol matched her love for all thing holiday and decor.

May 2023 they moved into their first home together in Hopkins. Their love for interior design, entertaining, and spending time together as a family flourished. They developed loves like mountain biking, pickle ball, and nights in making home made pizzas. Errol became obsessed with Govee lights and Ego tools and Amazon Prime became a national holiday. Every night was equipped with themed lighting change and dance parties.

July 5th, 2024 Errol told Taylor he was taking her for an afternoon date. She woke up to a buzz around the house as Errol's sisters Bianca, Isabel, and Isabel's boyfriend Jay were staying for the holiday week. Bianca (an amazing hairstylist in Chicago) gave Taylor a blow out and their nieces helped her pick out an outfit. Errol picked Taylor up and took her to Arneson Acres park where he had a beautiful picnic planned by a fountain. It was here, he asked her to marry him. Jay's sister, Bailey was there for all the photos to capture the special moment. They then went to Hewing Hotel in the North Loop to celebrate the perfect day with all their family!

Now, they are ready to go back to the place they first fell in love to tie the knot and celebrate. They can't wait to see you all in Victory Ranch!.
