Sara and I met in college through Sigma Alpha at ABAC. We spent two years there and two years at UGA together- some of that time, we were roommates! From sorority events to concerts, late-night chats, and borrowing each other's clothes, our friendship has become more of a sister-like relationship. She loves the outdoors and is always down for an adventure! I could not imagine marrying my best friend without her by my side!
Destiny Gaudlock - Maid of Honor
Destiny is my first cousin, but because I am an only child (& she was too until she was 14), we grew up being together most of the time! From long softball and basketball days to running in the sprinkler at our Nonna's house, we have many memories together. Now, we have marriages and babies to continue celebrating and supporting each other with! Sweet memories have been made, but there are more to come with "Baby D" by my side!
Alyssa Maxwell - Bridesmaid
Alyssa is my "go-to" friend because she is the most selfless person I know. We met freshman year at ABAC and hit off from the start. Throughout our friendship, we have experienced many ups and downs- and cried through many of them together. She is a part of the gal pal crew- meaning we have matching tattoos too! So many of my favorite memories include her, and I wouldn't have it any other way on my wedding day!
Audrey Elliott - Bridesmaid
Audrey is the original (oldest) of the Elliott girls! But, again, because I was an only child, I grew up being around my cousins, and our kids will call each other aunt instead of cousin. She is the nerd of all things Harry Potter, is a little clumsy but has a heart of gold! We love her for her quirkiness and intelligence. My day wouldn't be the same without her by my side!
Emily Courson - Bridesmaid
Em, one of THE gal pals! Technically, Emily and I met at ABAC, but we became friends at UGA. To be specific, it was a Special Education class that Alyssa and I shared with her. Forever thankful for inviting her to be in our project group! Now, we share a friendship, have the same career, and have matching tattoos. I couldn't imagine my day without her!
Stacey Elliott - Bridesmaid
Stacey and I are the closest in age of the Elliott girls. We shared high school and college graduation years and many memories along with that! She is a diligent friend but will always be the last one to load up in the car or the last one to arrive- we still love her though. Stacey is the life of the party, and I couldn't see this day happening without her!
Sara Reeves - Bridesmaid
Sara- another one of the gal pals with matching tattoos! We met through our AgEd cohort at UGA. She has become the consoling, empathetic, and loyal friend our group was missing! Her constant witty jokes and smile will keep any situation light-hearted and fun. From long days at Four Towers to relaxing pool days to sleepovers, Sara made college memorable! I am excited to have her stand by my side!
McKenzie Elliott - Bridesmaid
Another cousin who is more like a sister than a cousin! The youngest of the Elliott girls but the most ambitious and heartfelt one of the four is Kenzie. She is a bubbly, aspiring world traveler with a passion for helping others. Somehow she is always the family poker night winner, and I am glad to have her and her luck stand beside me on my day!
James Holton - Best Man
James and I have been together since birth, but that isn’t the only reason why he will be the first guy standing by my side in June! We have done everything together, from school, hobbies, and everything else that life has thrown our way. For the first time in our lives we are not together, and not doing the same thing in life. However, I know my brother is always just a phone call or text away. I’m glad to have him with me as I embark on a new chapter with Eryn!
Daniel Bettis - Groomsman
Daniel and I have been friends since high school, but it was at UGA and living at Laurie Drive that solidified our friendship. Daniel was the first person that I told I was going to propose to Eryn. He’s one of Eryn and I’s biggest supporters, and I’m glad he will be there to celebrate our big day with us!
Dawson Clark - Groomsman
The first time that Dawson and I met, I was a senior at UGA and Dawson was a freshman. We knew each other and were friendly but not really close friends. However, fast forward a couple of years, and some winding paths brought us together in the same veterinary school class! Now Dawson and I are commonly called by the other’s name by classmates and professors, and without Dawson, my vet school life would look very different. I’m proud to call you a friend, and brother, and to have you stand beside me on the big day!
Shane Hernandez - Groomsman
Shane and I met while I was on that winding path that led me to meeting some of the other groomsmen. We spent many early mornings and late nights collecting and processing samples for research projects. During those times you really get close and bond with the people you are with, and find some lifelong friends along the way. Fast forward to today, and Shane and I are now back together in school. If I am ever in need of someone to play golf with, Shane is the first one to answer the call. I’m so glad to have Shane standing by my side on my big day!
Madison Walker - Groomsman
I met Madison while we were in graduate school at UGA! We spent many hours driving to Tifton for research projects, and after a while, you can really get to know a person. If there is one thing that we learned about each other, it would have to be that we both like to push our luck with speed suggestions on interstates. I’m so glad to have him by my side while I marry the love of my life, just as I was able to stand next to him while he married the love of his life!
Greyson Fernandez - Groomsman
I first met Greyson when he transferred to UGA from ABAC in our junior year. I can still remember the first thing that he ever said to James and me, “Aren’t y’all the Holton twins?” That was the start of a heck of a friendship that led us to rooming together when we went on a study abroad for a Maymester in Toulouse, France. Now that Greyson is graduated and working we don’t get to see him as much as we used to, but when we do see each other it is like we haven’t missed a beat. I’m so happy to have him stand by me while I get to marry Eryn!
Will Porter - Groomsman
Will and I met around the same time that I met Greyson. However, you could say that from the start Will and I’s friendship has been “legendairy”! We served on the Dairy Science Club Officer team together and to this day we still call and chat about all things dairy. From things about dairy judging, nutrition, and just cows in general we cover it all. Will is the “Cream of the Crop” when it comes to dairy nutrition, and I’m proud to have him stand beside me on my big day!
Draylin - Ring Security
Our little baller, "Dr. Dray", is the light our family needed! He loves all things baseball and basketball! Draylin is smart, sassy, and headstrong- perfect to protect the rings.
Londyn - Flower Girl
Destiny's baby girl, Londyn, has us wrapped around her finger! She loves anything chocolate, all things Disney, and chicken nuggets. She is the cutest part of the wedding!
Alyssa - Honorary Attendant
The flower girl of Terri & Lamar's wedding- who rode in on a four-wheeler with me to walk down the aisle- "Syssa". But she is more than that and I couldn't leave this big-hearted, horse lover out of my wedding! I cannot wait to have her with me on my big day!
