Although this is not the experience we want to create, you are more than welcome to invite a plus one if you are comfortable with them not being able to attend the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception as of now. As much as we would love to share this special moment with everyone, we currently cannot accommodate additional guests. If you choose to invite a plus one (not listed on your invitation), we would love for them to still join us for all other wedding festivities throughout your stay!! 🤎 🤍 If anything changes as we get closer to the wedding, we will be sure to reach out!

It should not expire until after 6 months from your departure date. To be safe, make sure it does not expire before October 15th, 2024.

Absolutely! If you would like to make changes to the travel dates, room type, or travelers listed on your reservation, reach out directly to Essence. Please keep in mind that most requests are subject to availability and current hotel prices, so the sooner the better.

We will arrive in Cancun no later than Thursday, April 4!

Cancun International Airport (CUN). If possible, we recommend booking the earliest flight on your check-in date to make the most of your money and start enjoying the free food and alcohol as early as possible! 😉

If your flight is early and gets delayed, you have the best chance of getting to Cancun on the same day and early enough to enjoy much of the day and night. However, if you schedule a late flight and there are any delays, you may run the risk of your flight being bumped to the next day (and you will not want to miss the wedding ceremony). So the earlier the flight, the better!

Hotel Accommodations (min. 3 nights), Roundtrip transfers (to and from the airport), and All of your food, beverages, alcohol, and most entertainment.

Flights, Gov't Eco Tax (approx. $1.60 per person, per night - paid at the resort), excursions, the spa, off-resort activities, some water activities, select wines, and tips!

After January 20th, we will be sending out finalized itineraries with all necessary travel details! This will be sent to your email we have on file. For the time being, you can also see your reservation information on your invoice. TIP: If looking at your invoice, turn it sideways to see all of the details included on your invoice. 😊

We hope to do at least one (optional) group excursion during the stay, however this has not been confirmed. If we decide to plan a group excursion, we will reach out to everyone. Stay tuned!
