Formal. We ask men to wear a suit and women to wear an evening gown or a knee-length cocktail dress! Ties are not required, but don't let us hold you back.

To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding a child-free event!

Old Meck is a staple brewery in town. It is a casual German-themed brewery where we will have an area reserved for our party. There will be cocktail tables and regular tables. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served.

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town for our special day. We have arranged room blocks at (2) nearby hotels. Marriott City Center hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center hotel. Look at the Travel section of the website for more info. Although we have selected these two hotel rooms, please don't feel obligated to stay at these specific hotels. Charlotte offers many more options!

Yes - a shuttle will make a pick-up at each hotel at XXXX time sharp on Saturday 11/15 afternoon. Please feel free to Uber or rent a vehicle at your own convenience. Transportation will NOT be provided for the Welcome Party.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive by 4:15pm. The hotel shuttle will get you there on time - see the Travel portion of the website.

You may take photos at the venue, however we ask that you please refrain from taking photos during the wedding ceremony. We will have a photographer who will be capturing our ceremony and photos will be shared with family and friends.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Our venue will be made aware of our guests' dietary restrictions. More info to come with the official invitation. Please be sure to note any accommodations during the RVSP process.
