What are pintxos?
A pincho (Spanish) or pintxo (Basque) is traditional to northern Spain and is especially popular in Basque country, Navarre, and La Rioja. Estefanie and Charlie backpacked this area of Spain together. They are usually eaten while hanging out with friends or relatives, the custom of eating pintxos has a strong socializing component.
