Shota traveled to Ecuador countless times to visit Estefi. During his visits, he met Estefi's family and friends and was fascinated by the delicious food and stunning landscapes. He loves visiting the Galapagos Islands for its unique wildlife, riding horses in the countryside, and eating fritada, empanadas de morocho, and jugo de mora.

Estefi visited Japan and met Shota's family. She was amazed by the country's beauty and loved visiting the temples and shrines. Estefi loved eating Ichiran ramen, taiyaki, and tonkatsu. She really enjoyed spending Oshogatsu (New Year's week) with the family, trying kimono, and making soba.

We traveled to Alaska for our honeymoon. We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience, exploring nature and seeing glaciers, forests, mountains, the ocean, bears, mooses, whales, otters, and much more. Estefi loved Seward, and we want to go back to see the aurora borealis.
