There is a parking lot for guests of the hotel.

If you are not reserving a room at the Richland, please park at the Old Towne West Parking Structure located at:

130 N Lemon St, Orange, CA 92866.

Any spot parking above the first floor allows parking until 12am.

After parking, please take the stairs or elevator to the ground floor and make your way out of the structure. On the sidewalk, you will see an A-frame sign that says “Trolley Pickup – The Richland”.

Please wait by the sign and the Trolley will drive you directly to The Richland. The Trolley takes an average of 10 minutes roundtrip.

Should you choose to walk, it is only 3-5 minutes straight down Maple St.
