Our Wedding

Estevan and Amanda both grew up in Kingsburg, attended the same schools, and even attended the same church their whole lives. However, somehow they hadn’t seemed to cross each other’s paths. This could possibly be due to Amanda being a “cougar” since Estevan is a few years younger than her! Or possibly it just wasn’t in God’s plan for them to meet, YET! Estevan had seen Amanda at church many times and thought she was very beautiful, but he never quite worked up enough courage to talk to her. It wasn’t until Melissa, a mutual friend and now one of Amanda’s bridesmaids, decided to play Cupid, that our bride and groom finally met for the first time. Estevan’s cheesy pick up lines and thoughtful conversations led to these love birds finally having their first date! Estevan took Amanda to dinner at Fugazzi’s in Kingsburg where they talked and laughed for hours until they noticed that so much time had passed, the restaurant was beginning to close! Needless to say, Amanda and Estevan knew right from the start that they were meant to be! A year later after asking Amanda’s mother and grandfather for her hand in marriage,Estevan, with the help of the Escoto Dream Team, planned the most beautiful surprise proposal and engagement party. Estevan got down on one knee, popped the question, and she said “yes!” And here we are today preparing to celebrate their love as Amanda and Estevan become one in the eyes of God. Thank you for being a part of their special day!
