we recommend that our guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

yes. we have a rooms blocked at the Hancock Hotel and also at The Drury Inn and Suites. it is recommended that you book your room by calling the hotel directly and referencing the Burd wedding for the discount.

yes. valet parking is offered at the Hancock Hotel’s front entrance, and will be free of charge to our wedding guests. if you prefer to park your car, there are parking areas available on the south side of the Hancock Hotel.

it's NYE, let's go all out! the dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, black-tie optional. we ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown, midi, or knee length cocktail dress. recommended, not required :)

unfortunately, we have limited space and cannot accommodate additional guests. plus ones are therefore by invitation only.

all guests that were included on your invitation are welcome. seating at our reception dinner will be predetermined and dinner will be served according to your choice when submitting your RSVP. unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate more than those who were listed on the formal invitation.
