The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive fifteen to thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can start as scheduled.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Formal attire.
Men: suit, tuxedo, collared shirt and dress pants/khakis
Women: evening gown, cocktail dress, jumpsuit
What should I not wear?
Jeans, T-shirt, shorts, or white/ivory colored clothing.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
The first month of the summer, June, is a hot month in Springfield, Missouri, with an average temperature ranging between max 86.2°F and min 65.8°F. In June, the average heat index or "real feel" is evaluated at a very hot 96.8°F.
Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?
There will be a golf cart to accommodate guests who needs assistance getting to and from the ceremony site. The reception venue is wheelchair accessible.
Will food and drinks be served at the reception?
Yes, we will have a full sit down meal with an open bar. Dessert to follow.
Where should guests park?
The parking lot is located out front when you first arrive at the venue. Parking is limited, so please car pool if possible.
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Yes, there is a block of rooms available for your convenience at the Hilton Garden Inn. Please see the travel / accommodations page for more information.
Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?
No. However, Uber and Lyft are available at reasonable prices.
Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
No. Please make arrangements beforehand if you do not anticipate being able to drive after the reception.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please respond by April 1, 2023.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
