While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

The wedding party is wearing sage green. You are welcome to participate by wearing your pastel spring color of choice.

Semi-formal attire is requested. This is not black tie, but also more formal than jeans or a sundress.

Both the wedding/reception are indoors. However, spring typically brings mud and the road into the venue is a dirt road with a gravel parking lot, so feel free to wear more comfortable shoes or bring a pair to change into.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

The ceremony and reception are at the Oppenheim Trail Blazers (242 Crystal Lake Road, Stratford, NY 13470).

Please arrive to the venue in time to be seated for the ceremony by 3 pm.

For the ceremony, please find seats anywhere there are ones free. Be sure you are sitting on the correct side of the aisle to indicate whether you are closest to the bride or the groom. For the reception there will be assigned seats to ensure everyone is sitting near someone they will easily be able to have a conversation with. There will be a chart indicating who is at what table to help you find your seat.

Food and drinks will be provided at the reception. Appetizers and drinks will be available as the wedding party gets photos taken. Everyone will be asked to return to their seats for the newly-weds' grand entrance and the first dance. Guests will be told by table soon after to get in line for dinner.

Dietary restrictions like gluten, dairy, and vegetarianism are being considered. Each dish will have an ingredients card, so you can be sure to choose what works best for you.

There will be a cash bar. Fountain drinks and water will be paid for the entire duration of the reception.
