Our Wedding

Ethan and Evelynn first met at Berkeley Township Elementary School where they were in the same 5th and 6th grade classes together. Over the next few years they saw their friend groups merge and feelings began to blossom. One night after Evelynn “accidentally” butt-dialed Ethan, they began their “talking” stage.&nbsp; Ethan officially asked Evelynn to be his girlfriend at “the duck pond” in their hometown of Bayville in 2016, the summer going into their junior year of high school. The couple went through high school graduation before enrolling in separate colleges; Rowan and Stockton Universities. Going to different colleges could have been difficult, but they both put in the effort to see each other and talk on the phone as much as possible. Before they knew it, they were attending each other’s college graduations!&nbsp; Ethan and Evelynn have crossed a few things off their bucket lists over their&nbsp;years together; a cross-country road trip, skydiving, and becoming cat parents to the best cat in the world, Luna. In April of 2023, they were ready to take on the world on their own and got their first apartment together.&nbsp; Ethan proposed to Evelynn on October 6th, 2023 in their apartment. He prepared dinner for the two of them and had Hailey (Evelynn’s best friend in Florida) on FaceTime when Evelynn walked through the door. He got down on one knee at their dining room table and Evelynn wasted no time in screaming yes and shoving the ring on her finger! The couple then spent the rest of their night calling everyone they knew to spread their good news.&nbsp; Since then, the couple has spent countless hours planning for a wedding centered around delicious food, loving friends and family, and lots of dancing and pictures! They’ve been dreaming of this day for years now and they are honored you chose to spend it with them!&nbsp;

Our Story

Please plan to arrive to the park around 3:30. Any family members requested to come early for photos will be notified by the bride and groom prior to the day. The ceremony will take place next to the chapel. Signs and directions will be placed in the parking lot to direct guests. The bride will be getting ready inside the chapel, so no peeking!

4:00pm Ceremony

There will be plenty of time in-between the ceremony and cocktail hour at the hotel to ensure everyone can arrive to the hotel on time for cocktail hour. This could be a great time to check in to your rooms if you're choosing to stay at the hotel!

4:30pm End of Ceremony

A variety of food &amp; drink will be available, so save your appetites!

6:00-7:00pm Cocktail Hour

A formal sit-down dinner will be served, followed by a full night of fun! Pack your dancing shoes!

7:00pm-11:00pm Reception

Order of Events 

Hailey has been Evelynn’s best friend since day 1 (literally!). Their parents have been friends with each other since they were in high school, making them 2nd generation besties! 

Hailey Brandt 

While Madi started off as Ethan’s friend back in high school, the girls became fast friends through their mutual love of food, music and books. Evelynn’s mom has even adopted Madi as her “bonus daughter”!

Madison Peterson 

Norah is Evelynn’s little sister and the love of her life. Since the day Norah was born, Evelynn has loved taking care of her and spending time with her. Norah has really started breaking out of her shell on stage through singing and performing. She is quickly becoming Evelynn’s favorite singer!

Norah Morrill

Leah is Evelynn’s second cousin who now lives and goes to school in Denver, Colorado.  While the girls have never lived in the same state, they would spend their younger years counting down the days until Leah would visit NJ again. Whenever she's here, the girls are inseparable. 

Leah Kaplan

Keriann and Evelynn have been friends since they were 4 years old, making it nearly impossible to remember their lives without each other. They definitely feel more like family than friends at this point! 

Keriann Kelly 

Ryleigh is Ethan’s cousin, Scott’s, girlfriend of over 4 years. Once she was introduced to the friend group, Ryleigh quickly became one of Evelynn’s favorite people and they are Evelynn and Ethan’s favorite couple to go on double dates with!

Ryleigh Leggio 

Ryan is Ethan’s twin brother. Since the day they were born they have been nearly inseparable. After going through all of life’s biggest milestones together, it was obvious that he should stand next to Ethan on his big day!

Ryan Davis

Jack is Ethan’s younger brother. Jack is about to graduate high school and will be attending Rowan University in the fall! Growing up, the brothers were constantly butting heads but as they grew up they realized how important they were to one another. 

Jack Davis 

Steve is Ethan’s cousin and is often referred to as "the third Davis twin". Steve frequently visits Evelynn and Ethan’s apartment and even occasionally will cook them dinner!

Steven Palmerson

Scott is Ethan’s cousin. The two share a love for the Yankees, whether it’s watching them together on TV or taking a day trip to the stadium. 

Scott Truhan

Will has been Ethan and Ryan’s best friend since they were in kindergarten.  He and Ethan have shared countless memories together and will continue to share countless more! Will is an honorary member of the Davis family.

William Krenza 

Jack and Ethan have known each other since they were kids. They became close during high school when they ran track together. They never fail to make each other laugh!

Jack Santora

Brandon has been Ethan’s friend since elementary school. After transferring to Rowan and becoming his roommate, Brandon quickly became one of Ethan’s closest friends. They are known in their friend group as the grill masters!

Brandon Voss

Noah is Evelynn's 1st nephew. Noah met Ethan when he was just under a year old and was drawn to him instantly. Noah will be going into 4th grade.

Noah Knight 

Jacob is Evelynn's 2nd nephew. Jacob loves Spiderman and has nicknamed everyone in the family with their appropriate Spiderman name and Evelynn wears the name Aunt Spiderman proudly. 

Jacob Knight 

Grayson is Evelynn's 3rd nephew. Grayson is the most relaxed baby the couple has ever met. He is so sweet and can cheer anyone up with his adorable voice and chunky cheeks! 

Grayson Knight 

Evelynn's Uncle George has been one of the couple's biggest supporter from day one! He and Evelynn have always bonded over their mutual love of plants. His and Ethan's mutual love for wiener dogs, football, and golf bonded them almost instantly.
