May of 2015 in the high school lunch room is where our love story begins. Alyssia asked a simple question to Ethan who, at the time, was trying his best not to embarrass himself, "Hey, want a candy bar? Only a dollar a piece". To which he responded, "So what will 20 bucks get me?" (stupid I know). It was Alyssia's humorous response that created the first ember of interest between the two which would later evolve into a blazing wildfire of infatuation, passion, and unwavering love; "20 bucks will get you one candy bar but it will get me 19 dollars". Fast forward over 3 years of high school, 4 years of college, and 2 years of adulting later, these two kids have started a life together moving to Moore, kickstarting careers in education and firefighting, and adopting a dog, Z, to whom they are committed to spoiling half to death. Now it is time for our happily ever after as we excitedly await the day which we exchange our vows and solidify our love for all of our eternity. In Alyssia's words, about damn time.
