A few weeks later, during Thanksgiving break, Ethan asked me to be his girlfriend. I told him that I needed time to think it over because my number one priority was school (and I was trying to "play it cool"). But on November 22, 2021, we made it official, and it was as if I had found both my person and my best friend! We spent every moment together when I was home, and his visits to Pullman were the perfect escape from studying.

After I graduated college last year, we moved into our first apartment, and everything just fell into place. I knew that home would always be wherever Ethan was. Then, shortly after our three-year anniversary, Ethan proposed! And it goes without saying that I said yes, because I could not imagine experiencing life's wonders without him by my side.
