Where should I stay?
Nashville is home to a host of fabulous accommodation options! We recommend the Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites as it is only a 7 minute drive from both our reception venue and ceremony space! The address is 5600 O’Brien Ave. Nashville, TN 37209.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony venue?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure everyone is settled and we can start on time. If punctuality is a known issue, please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony. We are happy to let you in early!
Where should I sit?
For the ceremony, we’ll have open seating, and our ushers will be happy to assist you in finding a seat. For the reception, each guest will have an assigned seat marked with a place card at the table.
Will there be transportation to the reception venue?
Transportation will not be provided to the reception venue. We recommend arranging your own travel plans or coordinating with other guests for carpooling.
When will we eat?
Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, but you're welcome to arrive early and enjoy cocktails and a delicious charcuterie arrangement from 5:00 to 5:45 PM.
Will alcohol be provided?
We’re excited to offer an open bar during the reception, so enjoy your favorite drinks on us until we reach our limit. After that, the bar will transition to a cash bar.
Can I bring my children or a plus one?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation. If you have any questions, or feel we may have forgotten someone please reach out to the bride and groom!
What should I wear?
For our wedding, we’re requesting semi-formal attire to match the celebration’s vibe. For men, this means a suit or a dress shirt with slacks, paired with dress shoes. For women, a cocktail dress, a nice skirt or pants with a dressy top, or a dressy jumpsuit would be perfect. Please note, jeans or casual attire are not appropriate for the occasion.
RSVP Details!
We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by May 18, 2025. Whether or not you’re able to attend, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. To RSVP, simply use the QR code on the back of your invitation.
What food options will be available?
For starters, we’ll be serving a local green salad with an Italian vinaigrette, accompanied by rosemary-sesame focaccia and sorghum butter. For the main course, guests can enjoy either Chicken Marsala, served with sautéed cremini mushrooms, or Baked Ziti, both served family style at each table. For dessert, there will be delicious wedding cake as well as classic cannoli!
We also offer gluten-free and vegan options. Please indicate your preference on the RSVP or feel free to reach out to the bride or groom with any dietary requests or questions.
Where is the couple registered?
If you would like to give a gift, we would be grateful for contributions toward our future, and cash gifts are always appreciated. However, we also understand that some of you may prefer to give something tangible.
For those who wish to gift physical items, we are registered at Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Amazon. You can find all of our registries under the “Registry” tab on our wedding website.
What time does the reception end?
Our reception will officially end when the party winds down, and we anticipate that being between 10 and 11 PM. However, we’ll have a fun fake send-off around 7:20 PM. Please don’t feel like it’s time to leave just yet—this send-off is just for show! Afterward, we’ll be transforming the space into an epic dance floor. We want to keep the party going as long as you do, so bring your dancing shoes and best moves!
Where should I park?
For the ceremony, there is a parking lot directly attached to the church for your convenience. For the reception, we have attached a photo below! When deciding where to park please note the reception will be held in The Maxwell Room!
