In April 2022, fate (and the Hinge app) brought Paul and Eunji together. Their first date at Bishop Ranch Delarosa was filled with pizza, pasta, and effortless conversation that carried them late into the night. It was clear from the start that this connection was something special, and by June they officially became a couple. Fast forward to spring 2025 in Napa Valley: Paul had a plan to propose at a vineyard overlook, but with chilly weather and dinner reservations looming, the moment slipped by. Instead, the perfect opportunity came later—back at their hotel, when Eunji surprised Paul with an early wedding gift. Seizing the moment, Paul popped the question, and together they celebrated with FaceTime calls to their families. It wasn’t the proposal they had envisioned, but it was perfectly them—spontaneous, heartfelt, and full of love.
