Eunice and Scott met during the first year of the pandemic when things briefly opened back up for a short period of time. During their first several dates, they talked about their mutual love of food and travel, their passions, hopes, and dreams. But what really attracted them to each other was their ability to be goofy and make each other laugh.

Over the course of the past three and a half years, they have gone on many different adventures both locally and around the world. They have both done things that they didn't think they would ever do: for Eunice, doing Spartan Races; and for Scott, going to Disneyland as an adult. But they both have enjoyed all the time they've spent with each other and all the experiences they've gone through together. They can't wait to go on their biggest adventure yet as husband and wife.
