We will have a champagne greet and 3 tray passed hors d'Oeuvres. The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. So you may arrive about 4:00 pm.

We want you to be comfortable and wear as desired, though wedding parties dress code is usually semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.

Ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Expect some sun during the day. The venue is located inland. Expect to cool down sometime when the ceremony starts at 5:00 pm.

The ceremony will take place at 5:00 pm by the lake. We will have a cocktail hour and the reception indoors. Family photography shoots will occur after the ceremony and during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be served around 6:30 pm and the reception until 10:00 pm.

When you get to the venue, a staff will guide you where to park and point towards the ceremony and reception locations. There is no fee to park.

We have variety of food options for special diets like vegan. We will have an open bar for the first hour or two, it depends, then it will turn to a cash bar.

We did our best to modify our food selections but let us know as soon as possible if you have dietary restrictions/allergies so we can modify as we see fit.

Feel free to research activities and sightseeing in the area. Fallbrook is located inland so there are plenty of golf courses and wineries/vineyards in the area. It is about an hour or so to downtown San Diego, Hollywood, the beaches, the mountains, Palm Springs, Big Bear (the mountains, lakes).

We ask the guests, if they have a message/advice to the newly wed, and unable to speak during the toast, to record it on heir own time then send the clip/video to us. We plan to play them during reception hours.
