Q + A

When should I arrive?

Guests may start arriving by 4 pm. Please be in your seat at the ceremony location by 4:30 pm. If you are running late there is a chance you will be asked to remain at the reception space rather than joining the ceremony after it begins.

How many people will be there?

We’re expecting 125 people!

Will there be any food or beverage accommodation?

Yes! There will be an open bar for the entire cocktail hour and reception! Guests will also be served a full meal.

Will there be any transport or lodging accommodation?

Guests are responsible for their own means of getting to the venue and means after the event is over, although they can leave their cars overnight at the venue. ANY CARS THAT REMAIN ON THE PREMISES OVERNIGHT MUST BE REMOVED BY 9 AM THE NEXT MORNING!

What food will be served?

We will be serving Taqueria Mixteca, a local Mexican place in Dayton! There will be beef, pork, chicken, and veggie tacos served on either flour or corn tortillas with traditional taco toppings, and tortilla chips with guacamole, queso, or salsa.

What drinks will be served during the reception?

The bar will serve water, Coke products, domestic beer (coors, miller, bud), white wine (Pinot Grigio), red wine (Pinot noir), and a pre-mixed wedding cocktail concocted by the bride and groom!

Will there be accommodations for infants?

Yes! Children’s high chairs will be available upon request PRIOR to the wedding date. Contact Andrew or Eva to let them know if you need one!

What do I do if I RSVP’d but am now unable to attend?

Let Andrew and/or Eva know immediately or as soon as possible. Guests who RSVP and do not show up will be fined upwards of $1000 USD! (kidding :), just let them know)

Will there be any accessibility accommodations?

As far as we know, the entire venue will be handicap accessible! Any individual with specific requests or questions relating to disability accommodations can direct them to the bride and groom and we’ll do the best we can to confirm accommodations with the venue staff!

Is there a registry?

Yes! We will be publishing the link on our site for amazon.com! We also offer 2 buckets to gift towards including a house fund and a honeymoon fund! Please be as generous as you are able, but know that any amount or item is incredibly appreciated :)

What if I don’t want to give cash or something off the registry?

If neither option work, then we will accept whatever you’re willing to give if anything. Everyone is in a different place financially, so we are more than understanding if neither is possible, we just appreciate your attendance!!

What if I want to give cash in person instead of going through one of the buckets?

Please feel free to leave it on the gift table as you enter the venue!

Is there a dress code?

We’re not super picky, but we recommend semi-formal attire! Wear what you’ll feel comfortable wearing! (Just no gym attire please)
