Mark and Eva met in 2021 while working at Loyola Marymount University’s counseling center. In addition to both being psychologists, they bonded over their interests in professional sports, piña coladas, and rollerblading. They also recognized that fate may have brought them together as Eva’s last name is Mark’s first name backwards! Both families embraced Eva and Mark’s love, and they were soon inseparable. Over the years, Mark and Eva have gone on adventures to San Diego, Cabo, Paris, and Italy, but their best memories involve their lowkey days at home with Eva scrolling on her ipad while Mark watches hours of NFL Redzone. Mark loves pushing Eva outside of her comfort zone. They’ve gone salsa dancing, snuck into LMU’s pool for lap swimming, ordered delivery from a restaurant that is right across the street, and much more! Eva finds her purpose in keeping Mark from getting too out of hand. She also is the backbone of their household by meal prepping for Mark and parking her car up the street. The best pairing since yogurt and fiber cereal, Eva and Mark complement eachother like the west and east coast. They cannot wait to make their love official in one of their favorite locations!
