Yes, both are outdoors. The reception will be held in a tent at Emery Point in Lake Anna. In case of rain the ceremony will be held under the reception tent.

Once you go onto the property through the gate there is an area to the left for parking. Just follow the signs up to the grassy area. Please do not park in the driveway. This area will be used for vendors and emergencies. Thank you

We ask that you not smoke in any of the public grassy areas of the venue. This is considered a non-smoking venue. There will be a designated area for smoking away from the event, and a place to dispose of them. This property is on the lake and we want to keep it clean! Thank you for your help with this!

This is a semi-formal event! We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your day with whatever feels best!! We hope you want to dress up and feel great!! A lot of the area is grassy so we don’t suggest heels! Our colors are coral and light grey. You are welcome to wear those colors if you’d like.

Absolutely, if you want to take pictures during the reception or of the venue. We only ask that you limit cell phone usage during the ceremony so your phones aren’t in our professional pictures. We would also like for you to tag the bride and groom on your socials so we can see all the great content from our favorite people!!

This is a private residence so we ask that you respect the privacy of the lake house and stay within the limits of the wedding areas outside. This is such a beautiful place. You are gonna absolutely love what it has to offer!! We are truly blessed to have this day with everyone.
