There is onsite parking with two entrances leading to the main lot. It is a public lot so you can leave your car overnight and use the shuttle service if needed.

The ceremony is set to be outside weather permitting but will be moved inside if needed.

Yes we have a shuttle running from the SpringHill Suites Marriott to the Liriodendron starting at 2PM; last shuttle to the venue will depart at 3:15PM. The shuttle will also be bringing guests back to the hotel after the reception.

Please call the hotel on the day of to ensure your room is ready- rooms can be ready earlier than 4pm if you call and ask for early check in.
