- Our wedding venue (Crescent Hall) is in Sandy, Utah - 20 minutes south of SLC International Airport. As you make your arrangements for accommodations & local travel to & fro, this will be important to keep in mind.

FLIGHTS
Skiplagged
- skiplagged.com
- Somewhat controversial in nature, Skiplagged searches connecting flights everywhere to get you from Point A to Point B in the cheapest way possible. If you're a missionary on a budget ;) this will be a great resource. You'll find deals that you won't find anywhere else - but sometimes that comes with multiple flights, longer layovers, or various airlines. Take a look & see what deals ya find!
 
ACCOMMODATIONS
Airbnb
- airbnb.com
- If you're looking for a hotel room, there are TONS of sites dedicated wholly to that (Kayak, Expedia, Travelocity, etc.). But if you're looking for broader options, Airbnb has them. This is a webpage/app where hosts rent everything from private rooms to entire properties. If you're on a tight budget, looking for specific amenities, or just want something unique, this has it all.
 
RENTAL CARS
Turo
- As with hotels, so with rental cars. Websites abound for this. But for an alternative option, whether traditional rentals are scarce or expensive, Turo comes in handy. Turo is a website/app where locals rent out their vehicles just like rental companies do. If you're unfamiliar, it may sound sketchy but it's totally legitimate and you can use filters to find exactly what you're looking for, often at a bargain. One of the great features is that often local rentals can be picked up on-site at the airport when you arrive, or even delivered to the address you desire. See for yourself!
 
RESTAURANTS
Plant-based Cuisine
- Happycow.net
- Happycow is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant search engine that will tell you all the plant-based spots in any given city. I remember traveling to Ecuador on a mission trip and using it there. So helpful! There are tons of international restaurants in & around SLC, many of which have veg-options. I can't (and prefer not to) give a review of them all, but the ones below are my long-time favorites. :)
