Evan SeungHee (승희) Lee and Jilanne German met in Kampala, Uganda, in the fall of 2024. Jilanne was teaching at Kampala Evangelical School of Theology, and Evan was doing an internship with Engineering Ministries International. What began as a blind lunch date set up by Jilanne’s neighbor quickly developed into friendship and, with time, so much more. They were engaged on July 2, 2025, and will be married on December 27, 2025.

승희군과 질랜양은 2024년 가을 우간다 캄팔라에서 만나 서로의 삶을 함께 나누기 시작했습니다. 질랜양은 캄팔라 신학교에서 신학을 가르치고, 승희군은 EMI 선교단체에서 인턴쉽을 하고 있었습니다. 소개로 시작된 점심 식사에서 피어난 우정은 시간이 지나면서 사랑으로 깊어졌습니다. 두사람은 2025년 7월 2일 약혼하였으며, 2025 12월 27일 결혼식을 올립니다.
