Our wedding will be formal attire. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing all black. Black pants and black shoes are acceptable. Please wear lighter colors such as pastels, or beige, yellows, purples, pinks, blues, reds, greens, florals, etc. and please no solid white or off-white dresses.

We love and appreciate your little ones, but we respectfully request that if you have children to make other arrangements for them. If that is not possible for your family, please reach out to us so that we can make accommodations. We hope you understand and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Venue 650. Address is 650 Sixth St SW Winter Haven, FL 33880. The ceremony will be held outside in the garden area, with the reception to follow indoors.

Thank you for considering coming all this way to celebrate! Your support means the world to us. Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Orlando International Airport (MCO) are the closest airports to the venue with about 1 hour of driving time from either airport. TPA is 55-67 miles away. MCO is 46-50 miles. We urge the use of a rental car for these areas as Ubers/Lyfts are expensive. More travel information will be listed in our "Travel" section.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to find parking, grab a seat, and enjoy the atmosphere. Please remember to keep traffic in mind, as the doors will close at 4:30pm and late guests will not be allowed into the ceremony. Yes, the venue offers free parking and wheelchair access/parking. Parking ranges from the front of the building, sides, and back of the building. Overflow parking is across the street.

Please let us know about your dietary restrictions when answering the RSVP questions at a minimum of three weeks prior to the wedding date so that our catering team can accommodate.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP on the website or contacting us directly. We want to ensure we have accurate numbers for seating and catering.

Gifts are always optional! If you would like to gift us something, a link has been created for our Honeymoon fund on our website under the "Registry" section. There will also be a designated card and gift table at the venue. Our team will ensure everything is safely collected and stored.
