One day this guy stumbled into my coed dorm room at NDSCS. He lived just down the hall from me, so it was very easy for us to run into each other. We started to hang out often which then led to every day.

COVID hit and we did not get to see each other for a couple of months. In August 2020, we got our first small two bedroom apartment in Wahpeton, ND. That December we welcomed a little puppy Lacey. She has been our world! After I graduated with my LPN, we packed up and moved to Evan's home town, and found a cute little house to rent. August 2023, I decided to hurry up and get my RN before I never went back to school. This lead us to be long distance again. We both honestly, think that long distance made us stronger. We always looked forward to seeing each other on the weekends.

We have now settled down in Thief River Falls, MN. We bought a beautiful house in March. I work as a RN manager at the local nursing home. Evan works for his Grandpa at M & J Construction. We are very excited to share this special moment with you all. Thank you to all that have reached out and congratulated us. We hope you will be able to celebrate with us!
