Our story began at a ministry event in Panama City Beach, Florida in 2022. That summer, Evan was interested in Hannah, but the feeling wasn’t mutual. Later, Hannah showed interest in being friends, but Evan, unsure of where things might lead, chose to keep some distance to protect his heart. Though they crossed paths occasionally, their relationship remained friendly but distant for the rest of that year.

When we met again at the same ministry event in 2023, there was an undeniable tension between us, leading to days of awkward silence. Finally, Evan took the first step to clear the air. What followed was an honest conversation where we realized we had both been waiting for the other to make a move, and that there was mutual interest. From that moment on, things changed and they began spending regular time together. Evan asked Hannah on a date, and this began a fun and adventurous relationship. About a year later, on July 4th, 2024, he proposed. Now, we look forward to spending the rest of our lives together.
