We are VERY limited on space in the reception hall therefore, the wedding is RSVP only and we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Is there transportation provided?
Evan worked with the Academy to be able to provide transportation to and from the Mount Magazine Lodge. There will be a minimum of one trip before the wedding and two from the reception.
What time should we arrive?
The wedding will start promptly at 3:30 PM -- we ask that you arrive and are seated before 3:15 PM so that we can get started on time!
When is the bus leaving Mount Magazine Lodge to head to the wedding?
The bus will leave the lodge promptly at 2:30 PM -- it will be between a 30 and 45-minute bus ride to the church. This should get you to the church by 3:15 PM!
How far is Mount Magazine to the Church?
The drive is about 30 minutes (one way).
What should we wear?
Both the wedding and reception are cocktail attire -- we kindly request NO jeans or hats.
How far is Clarksville?
The hotel block that we have in Clarksville is about 25 minutes away from the church (one way).
