The venue is a white barn and the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, so anything semi-formal is acceptable. Cowboy boots encouraged!

The venue has a designated gravel parking lot that has signs leading up to it. When you arrive at the venue there will be people guiding you to where to park.

In order for us to plan accordingly, we would love if all guests could RSVP by April 11th.

In order for the ceremony to start on time, we would love all guests to arrive between 4:00pm- 4:20pm.

The ceremony will be outside on the grass and the reception will be held inside the venue.

Evan and Madison both currently live in Ohio, so we are asking that all gifts be sent to the address that is listed on the registry. Here is the address for reference: 1663 Elmwood Ave, Columbus, OH 43212

We have a rather large guest list and would like to reserve space for friends, family, and loved ones. We of course want you to feel welcome and comfortable and will make efforts to ensure that, so we welcome you to bring a guest if that means you do not have to come/ travel alone. Please include them in your RSVP. If you have any further questions you can message either Evan or Madison.

Of course! We love kids! If your kids are wanting to come and have a great time celebrating with us they are more than welcome to. With that being said, please let us know through your RSVP if your kids will be going you so we can accommodate with seating arrangements.

There will be a taco bar for dinner that gives you the option to chose what you want to put on your tacos. There will also be dessert and a variety of drink options to go along with dinner and dessert.

There are plenty of hotels in the Meridian Idaho area as well as AirBnB's. If you would like any specific hotel recommendations feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.
