When should I RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP by April 30th, 2026. We will not be able to accommodate any guests that RSVP after this date.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Pittsburgh weather permitting, our ceremony with be outside on the Tropical Rainforest Patio and our reception will be inside the Special Events Hall. May 30th in Pittsburgh has an average high of 76 degrees and an average low of 55 degrees.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding is formal attire. Our ceremony will be on a patio (no grass involved) and our reception is inside. Consider long dresses and suits with ties. Please refrain from wearing jeans or khakis.

Is this a child friendly wedding?

We have decided to have a child-free wedding with the exception of close family members. Your invitation will indicate if your children are included by being addressed to your "Family."

Can I bring a guest?

A plus one will be indicated on your invitation if it is addressed to you and a "Guest." You will be able to share your guest's information with us when you RSVP.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please share your food allergies or dietary restrictions with us on your RSVP so we can inform our caterer.

Is your venue ADA accessible?

Yes, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is ADA accessible. If you are in need of accessible accommodations, please include this in your RSVP.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 6:30pm. We ask that guests arrive at 6:00pm to be seated.

How do I get to Pittsburgh?

We really appreciate everyone who is traveling for our wedding! If you are driving from eastern PA we recommend taking the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 76) into Pittsburgh. We recommend getting an E-ZPass before your trip to save 50% on tolls. Guests traveling by plane should arrive to Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). The airport is about a 30 minute drive from the City of Pittsburgh so please plan your transportation from the airport accordingly. Some options include PIT's various rental car companies, Uber, Lyft, and Pittsburgh Regional Transit's 28X bus. Tickets for the 28X can be purchased and scanned through the Transit App. Guests traveling by Amtrak should arrive to Pittsburgh, PA Union Station (PGH).
