We strongly suggest our guests to wear or bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes to enjoy the garden and walking paths.

Doors Open

Guests may begin arriving as early as 9:00 AM for early access to the garden before the ceremony. Hakone Estate & Gardens will be open to the public at 11:00 AM, but our event will remain private until 2:00 PM.

10:00 AM–10:30 AM

Ceremony

Join us in our celebration of love, commitment, and the start of a new chapter in life as we read our vows and say, "I do!"

10:30 AM–12:00 PM

Photos

The Bride and Groom will step away with their photographer for a photo session after the ceremony. Guests are free to mingle around and explore the gardens during this time, but please stay close by if you would like to take photos with us.

12:00 PM–2:00 PM

Reception

The celebration continues in the Cultural Exchange Center (CEC), where you can enjoy the hors d'oeuvres and lunch buffet. May your belly be as full as our hearts!
