Day 1: Flying into Nairobi, Kenya and exploring the city - hopefully after a nap.

Day 2: Afternoon game drive in the Shaba National Reserve, home to the "Special 5" - zebra, giraffe, ostrich, oryx, and gerenuk. Winding down with a massage in the evening to work out the stiffness from all the travel.

Day 3: Waking up with the savanna in a sunrise hot air balloon ride. Venturing to a Samburu Villiage to learn about the customs, attire, dance, and daily life of the locals. Sundowner drinks in the bush followed by a guided stargazing experience.

Day 4: Departing for the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the largest rhino sanctuary in East Africa and home to the last two northern white rhinos. Along the way we are making a stop at the Nanyuki Spinners and Weavers, a project focused on building sustainable livelihoods for local women - they are known for their traditional kikoys. Spending the afternoon at the Sweetwaters Chimp Sanctuary, a long-term home for orphaned and abused chimpanzees. Ending the day at the Sweetwaters Serena Camp where we will fall asleep in our tent with magnificent views of Mount Kenya in the distance.

Day 5: Morning game drive in Ol Pejeta followed by a journey through the beautiful Kenyan highlands. Along the way we will trek to the dramatic Nyahururu Falls before continuing to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Day 6: Bush breakfast at Baboon Cliffs followed by an afternoon game drive.

Day 7: Departing for Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya's crown jewel of game areas. The Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra - which starts in August (yay!) - draws ample predators, including lions, cheetas, leopards, and hyenas. Lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive to see these beautiful creatures.

Day 8: Morning and afternoon game drives in the Mara with hopes of seeing elephants, rhinos, giraffes, topis, hyenas, and much more. Evening farewell dinner in the bush featuring a traditional Maasai dance performance.

Day 9: Final game drive before flying back to Nairobi and heading home after a once in a lifetime adventure.

From here, the best adventure of all awaits - a lifetime together making memories surrounded by our loved ones!
