TRAVEL

Castello di Rosciano is located in Perugia, Italy which is about 2 hours from both Rome and Florence. We recommend flying into either Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino (FCO) or Florence Regional Airport (FLR). (Rome is a much larger airport, with more flight options) To get to Perugia from either city, we recommend renting a car, hiring a private transfer, or taking the train. ACCOMMODATION

SINA BRUFANI We have secured a room block at the Sina Brufani located in the heart of Perugia. <a href="www.sinahotels.com/en/h/sina-brufani-perugia" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.sinahotels.com/en/h/sina-brufani-perugia</a> Rooms range from 160 EURO to 350 EURO depending on room type. Breakfast included. We are working with a travel agent to book accommodations. HOTEL LOCANDA DELLA POSTA We do not have a hotel block here, so bookings can be made directly through the website. Locanda della Posta is also located in the heart of Perugia in the main square, just steps away from the Sina Brufani. OTHER Perugia is home to many beautiful hotels and Air BnBs. We welcome you to stay anywhere you please, however, please note that the shuttles will only be making a stop in downtown Perugia.

TRANSPORTATION

Downtown Perugia is about 20 min from Castello di Rosciano. We will be providing shuttles going back and forth throughout the nights of all three events. A shuttle schedule will be provided closer to the events.

ITALY TRAVEL TIPS

1. Your&nbsp;passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of your intended stay in a foreign country. 2. For those with expired passports, start the renewal process of your passport as soon as possible! Due to COVID, there are government delays and this may take longer than expected. Some places are taking as long as 6 months! 3. Italy's currency is the Euro. Most major credit cards convert currency, however, check with your credit card to make sure there are no exchange fees. Cash is also still very commonly used in Italy so having Euros on hand is recommended. 4. Those that do not travel internationally often may want to check with their cellular service provider regarding rates/coverage. Most places have WiFi to connect to.
