Travel

We are so thrilled to have family and friends joining us from across the country — from Colorado, New York, Florida, Arizona, California, and beyond! Your presence means the world to us, and we’ve put together some information to make planning your trip to Kansas City, Missouri as easy as possible.

Getting to Kansas City

Fly into:

Kansas City International Airport (MCI)

The newly renovated MCI airport is about 25 minutes from downtown Kansas City

Getting Around

From the Airport:

You can catch a rideshare (Uber or Lyft), rent a car, or take a shuttle from MCI to downtown. Most guests find rideshare the easiest option.

In Town:

Kansas City is very walkable downtown, and the KC Streetcar (two streets east of the hotel) is free and runs from River Market to Union Station, and possibly further down to the Country Club Plaza depending on construction, making it easy to explore the city without a car.
