The families of the bride and groom will enjoy a four course meal before greeting everyone at the Welcome Cocktail Reception. Families of the bride and groom, as well as the wedding party, should attend the Rehearsal Dinner.

All guests are invited to join us for a cocktail reception the night before the wedding on August 9, 2019! C&O Gallery is in downtown Charlottesville and is amongst all the shops and restaurants in the area.

Wedding Ceremony: Transportation will be provided to the Barboursville Ruins from the Graduate Hotel. The Wedding Ceremony will take place outside at the Barboursville Ruins and will last approximately 30 minutes.

Cocktail Hour: After the Wedding Ceremony, a cocktail hour will be held in Barboursville Winery's Barrel Room featuring several Barboursville Vineyards wines, a specialty cocktail, and antipasti. Live jazz music will be provided.

Dinner: Dinner will be a four-course meal focused on seasonal Italian dishes paired with Barboursville Vineyards wines.

After-Hours: After-dinner indulgences include a brown liquor bar (Scotch, Whisky, Bourbon, Añejo Tequila, and Armagnac), a coffee station with select coffee liqueurs, and a cigar station with craft cigars flown in from Miami, Florida.

Send-Off: The Send-Off will finish the night at 11:00 P.M. and transportation will be provided back to the Graduate Hotel.
