In order for us to provide a headcount for our vendors, we ask that you please RSVP by April 11, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date, we unfortunately will have to mark you as not attending.

The ceremony will be located outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be located inside Beaver Station, as well as on their covered patio area

Please arrive no later than 4:15 P.M. to find your seats.

Beaver Station has limited parking, and there is street parking nearby; however, we do encourage ride sharing if possible! For guests that do park at the venue, overnight parking is permitted. Please don't drink and drive!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/ cocktail attire! This includes cocktail-length dresses for women and a suit and tie for men. Pastel colors are preferred, but not required. Please avoid wearing jeans or colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white and ivory.

Due to limited space at our venue, we are unable to accommodate guests unless specifically included on your invitation. Otherwise, we would like to ensure that we are with our closest family and friends. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes! We have hired a professional bartending service and will have a selection of beer, wine, and liquor.
