Screwed from the start Some couples meet through friends, others on dating apps—Mike and Faith bonded over a desperate need for an orthopedic screw. Not just any screw, but the oddly specific, hard to find kind. She needed them. He had them. A perfect match.&nbsp; That’s how their love story began. One frantic call, one perfectly timed shipment, and one very successful surgery later, Faith insisted on thanking him in person. Their first date was at Oeno’s Wine Bar and The Lotus Lounge where sparks flew—though thankfully not from a surgical drill. These two spots have become the heart of their celebrations – engagement parties, birthdays and countless special moments that will continue to shape their journey together.&nbsp; The true beauty of their journey isn’t just the love they found for each other but the family they are growing together. A modern-day Brady Bunch complete with­ 6 little hearts. What started as a frantic call for hardware turned into late-night calls, long-distance romance, and eventually, a life together in Flagstaff.&nbsp;&nbsp;Now, they spend their days fixing bones and their nights geeking out over them. Who knew that one little screw could lead to a lifetime of love?
