We grew up in the same school district, but it wasn't until the first day of bowling season our senior year of high school that we truly met. I couldn't keep my eyes off of him, finally worked up the courage to start texting him, he brought me cookie cake and then flowers a few weeks later for Valentines Day. We went to prom together and he asked me to be his girlfriend! Five years, COVID, long distance, and lots and lots of sporting events later and here we are... :)
