Rustic Semi-Formal / Dressy Holiday Attire: We’re tying the knot in a cozy, rustic barn during the winter season, with cozy Christmas vibes — so think warm, festive, and slightly dressed up. Dresses, dress pants, and collared shirts are perfect. Cowboy boots are absolutely welcome (and encouraged)! We want everyone to feel warm, festive, and relaxed. Examples of attire: Ladies: Dresses (midi/maxi), dressy boots or heels, winter wraps, velvet or satin fabrics, holiday colors. Gents: Slacks, dress boots, button-downs or collared shirts, sweaters, sport coats, dressy flannels. It may be chilly — coats, scarves, and layers are a great idea! Overall Vibe: Rustic, warm, and dressed up — without being overly formal. If you’d wear it to a nice holiday dinner in the country, it’s probably perfect! Additionally, we kindly ask the ladies to refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream color attire.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:11 PM, so please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time to find your seat.

Yes, both events will take place at our Barnbnb, with a break in between for setup and bridal party/family photos.

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

We adore the little ones and can’t wait to celebrate with them! Children are welcome, and we’ll have fun activities to keep them entertained during the festivities.

If your invitation says “+ guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend solo so we can keep the celebration intimate, as well as accommodating our Airbnb guest limit.

Expect a high of 50° and low of 30°. We suggest bringing a warm jacket for the ceremony which will be held outside.

The closest airport is Huntsville International Airport—approximately 1 hour away from the venue. Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the venue.

There are no accommodations at the venue itself, but there are several nearby Airbnbs and hotels just a short drive away. We recommend booking early, as local spots may fill up quickly. Check our “Travel” page for suggestions.

While a rental car isn’t strictly necessary, having your own transportation can offer flexibility during your stay. Turo allows you to rent vehicles directly from local hosts, often providing a more personalized and potentially cost-effective experience compared to conventional rental agencies. If you prefer not to rent a traditional car, services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

Yes! We’ll have a cozy hot cocoa and coffee bar with snacks and appetizers, followed by a full dinner and dessert.

There will not be an open bar, but guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Feel free to bring your favorite wine, beer, or seltzers and please enjoy responsibly!

There’s no formal seating chart for the ceremony—guests are welcome to sit wherever they’d like. However, a few seats at the front will be reserved for immediate family and the wedding party. Guests will be assigned tables at the reception, but are free to sit anywhere they’d like at their assigned table.

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away. We promise to share professional photos afterward!

Yes! After the ceremony, we’d love to see the day through your eyes. We’ll have a QR code at the event that links to a shared photo album—feel free to upload your pictures so everyone can enjoy the memories!
